Our desserts are all made by ourselves in-house using ingredients that are locally-sourced as much as possible; in many cases the ingredients are organic, free-range and hand-picked in season.

"Marcus and EpiCatering are absolutely spectacular! We were absolutely blown away by how accommodating he was. Every single guest at our wedding commented on how fabulous the food was. We also had Marcus do our 'wedding cake' which was cheesecake (gluten free!). It was OUTSTANDING!
