From the somewhat basic to the truly extravagant, barbecues have always been a brilliant excuse to bring friends, family and loved ones together. Our BBQ feasts showcase some of the finest ingredients available to us in East Sussex and the surrounding areas.
OUR BARBECUE MENU OPTIONS
Our barbecues are always packed full of flavour and can be served from a food station or on sharing platters to the tables. Included in the cost of your BBQ catering would be professional uniformed chefs along with everything we would need to freshly prepare, cook and serve your menu. Typically we will offer a selection of three meats (plus vegetarian/vegan main course options) to be served with three sides and salads. Pricing will be somewhat dependent on your choice of the three meats, the number of guests attending and the venue location.
