All our barbecues are freshly prepared and cooked using only the finest produce; we do not compromise on the quality of the ingredients and, whenever possible, source locally and seasonally. We will always be happy to prepare BBQ items not listed in the menus below and can provide dishes tailored to personal preferences, intolerances and dietary restrictions.

Service Options

Sharing Platters

One of the more popular styles of service these days is to present the food to tables on sharing platters; this option delivers a nice compromise between serving the main course from a food station or the more formal style of a plated service. Sharing platters can offer a rustic and more relaxed dining experience, providing you and your guests with a much larger variety of menu items than the traditional plated option; it can encourage guest interaction and is also a more cost effective way of catering!

For most barbeque caterings we would recommend a selection of three meats and a vegetarian main to be served alongside three sides or salads. Pricing would be somewhat dependent on your selection of the three meats.

Pricing for a BBQ package would be dependent on the menu selection, venue location and the number of guests attending.
