Oh my goodness -- what a weekend!! We all had the most ridiculously great time and we cannot thank you and your team enough for providing the stunning food and working so patiently with all our guests' weird and wonderful intolerances and requests. I have never been happier to recommend a supplier, and I have posted five-star reviews on Google and Facebook. Please let us know if there are any other avenues it would be helpful for us to post to and I would be delighted to do so. Once again, we are beyond thankful to you for making our day such a success. Everyone raved about the food, especially the lamb and the canapes (although my favourite was the mac & cheese; my mum was right about that one) and the breakfast was the perfect hangover cure for everyone yesterday. You guys truly went above and beyond and we could not be more grateful. I will be sure to share photos of the food when we get them back from our photographer so that you can have them for your socials and/or website. Huge, huge thanks to all of you at EpiCatering. Marcus, Tracey and their team were absolutely outstanding on our wedding day. Marcus is a professional communicator, reassuring us all the way up to the wedding, and supporting us with the menu choices. The food on the day was amazing quality, and he managed to make sure everything was hot and cooked to perfection even when catering for 80 people. All the guests were blown away by the food. The hog roast in the evening did not disappoint either, and came with all the trimmings as well as options for vegans and vegetarians. Thank you so much to the team for making our day run smoothly and feeding us all with some amazing food. It was incredibly special.

Marcus and Tracey did the best wedding food we could have ever asked for. From the moment I emailed Marcus, he was so professional and helpful. We spoke on the phone and he understood exactly what we wanted and did exactly what we asked. So many people complimented the food and no one was left hungry. Marcus was so accommodating of all allergies and intolerances. He also was willing to accommodate for sensory needs surrounding food. Every bit of food that was prepared and served, was amazing and I’m just sad that I couldn’t eat as much as I wanted because of my dress and being busy. I cannot thank Marcus and Tracey for the wedding food. It’s not only us that have said it was the best food at a wedding, but our guests too. You will definitely not be disappointed if you choose Epicatering as your caterers.

Well, out of all the suppliers we dealt with for our wedding.. EpiCatering was by far the most helpful and easy to work with, Marcus is an absolute legend.. not only did he go above and beyond with his food, but he helped with another supplier for table cloths etc. He cut and served our wedding cake, done us a buffet for people to have along with our welcome drinks, he really did help make the day go so smoothly. The food was delicious and everyone said how it was so beautifully presented too! We would highly recommend & hope to use again in the future! Couldn’t thank Marcus & his staff enough. If you are thinking of hiring epicatering just do it. Marcus, Tracey and the team are incredible. We honestly can't even begin to describe how happy we were that Marcus catered our wedding. Everyone was professional, friendly and just fantastic. We hired epicatering 3 months before our wedding when our previous caterer let us down and we are extremely glad we did. All day people were telling us how amazing the food was, how impressed they were with the portion sizes, how well they catered for people's dietary requirements and how lovely and knowledgeable all the waiting staff were. We had canapes and a BBQ and Marcus went above and beyond to make sure that my partner, who has a lot of allergies and intolerances, had exactly what he needed food wise which made for an incredibly stress free day. I really wish we could give more stars because we were honestly just bowled over by them. I'm still dreaming of that incredibly tasty bream I had! A million and one thank yous to Marcus, Tracey and the whole team.

Myself and my now husband Tom got married at Milwards Estate in Laughton, Marcus and his team of dedicated staff at Epicatering provided our wedding breakfast, we chose to have BBQ food which was all outstanding and full of flavour, Marcus was so professional and helpful right from the start and we had multiple opportunities to sample his food before the big day on 15/08/2024, highly recommend EpiCatering delicious food and amazing team! All of our guests were amazed at the quality and great taste of the food and some even left with boxes of left overs!

Marcus, Tracey and team are absolutely fantastic! We used EpiCatering for our wedding, and a BBQ the next day. The whole experience from start to finish was a lovely. Marcus was very supportive, helping to plan and advise for the day. They really prove a very holistic service! Onto the day, the food was honestly amazing! All of the canapes were exceptional, and so well presented. We had many guests come up to us on the day and afterwards to let us know it was the best wedding food they have had. The starter was a replica of a meal we had when we got engaged, Tracey put in so much effort to recreate it for us. The main and pudding were just out of this world. The catering staff were all really friendly, with Sarah managing the day and making sure the bride and groom had their own nibbles! The BBQ the next day was exceptional! Home made burgers, sausages and all of the sides. All of the people with dietary requirements were so well catered to, you could really tell that time and effort went into every aspect. We would 100% recommend the EpiCatering team for any event- we would certainly use them again!

Marcus and Tracey catered for our wedding. They were amazing! A non exhaustive list of the reasons why: Quick and straight forward communication during the lead up. Reasonable prices and lots of options. Everything ran smoothly on the day and the serving staff were fab. The food was incredible! We had a bbq for our main meal and pizzas in the evening. It was all SO good. Our guests are still talking about it now. If you're a foodie and cant think of anything worse than small portions then epi is for you. Thanks again; you're amazing at what you do! I'm sorry I don't have any photos, I was too busy eating it!

The food at my daughter’s wedding was absolutely amazing, could not have been better. Marcus and his team were fantastic, the communication and organisation prior to the event was first class. One of our party has many food intolerances and their attention and thoughtfulness to cater for her was incredible. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Wow! We had our wedding a few days ago and we chose EpiCatering as our caterers. Marcus, Tracey and the whole team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. I would recommend EpiCatering to anyone looking for a wedding caterer. Marcus was so helpful in the build up to our day, recommending what we needed to consider and going above and beyond. I didn't feel stressed at all and I know a lot of this was down to Marcus and the team. The food itself was also incredible. We had BBQ sharing platters for the main and we've had so many compliments on the quality of the food and the service. As well as the volume of food! Lots of very happy, well fed wedding guests! The efficiency of the staff was also seamless. I really can't say enough good things about EpiCatering. I really would encourage you to book them if you're looking to work with truly lovely people who are passionate about food and who will make the whole process completely stress-free.

From our first initial meeting, Marcus and Tracey were absolutely incredible. 10/10 communication, 10/10 menu tasting, 1000/10 on the day food and service. It surpassed all our expectations and we have received so many compliments about the quality of the food and service. Our wedding also got pretty wild in the evening and the gang on the bar handled service so well. Everything was tidied up and this made the clean up operation on Sunday morning so quick and easy which was much appreciated given the sore heads. Also, compared to other caterers, Epi Catering offer incredibly competitive pricing and were incredibly reasonable considering the quality and service. We can’t thank you enough!

We chose EpiCatering for our wedding and we are so glad that we did. The food was out of this world, I am still thinking about the cheesecake!! Everyone said how delicious the food was not to mention the service. The staff were all so friendly and made sure I felt like the queen! I felt like royalty!! Marcus took care of everything and really took a lot of pressure off my shoulders and for that I am so grateful, he went above and beyond for us. Marcus and the team are absolutely amazing. The food was superb and everyone raved about it. Food was on time and delicious and we had no issues whatsoever. Marcus is professional but very friendly, which made everything so much easier. I had one vegan at our wedding who was impressed with her food as she normally does not get many options and all other dietary requests were handled with no fuss. All round a fantastic service and would highly recommend.

Marcus and Tracey catered for my husband's birthday party on Saturday and it was amazing. Their professionalism and organization is superb but they are friendly and accomodating at the same time. Their staff were excellect and hardworking and I only wish they lived closer to Wales so they could do my son's wedding next year! Marcus, Tracey and all of the staff from Epicatering catered for us at our wedding venue at Barcombe Village Hall on the 15th June, and the food was outstanding. We have had so many rave reviews from all of our guests. We also really appreciated the amazing service and dedication from the team ensuring we had the best day possible. We fully recommend all of the food we chose at our venue. We went for the BBQ option, which included: jerk chicken, beef brisket, slow cooked lamb, roasted garlic potatoes, coleslaw and Greek salad. Also the chimichuri sauce that was served with the meal was amazing!!! They were so kind and helpful and would highly recommend them for any and all catering events. Thank you so much Epicatering. Marcus and Tracey at EPICatering were exceptional in their approach to outdoor catering! They provided a great variety choice in their menu. The food was immaculate, the canapés abundant and delicious. The smell and look of the paella when we returned from the crematorium was welcoming and appetising! The home made deserts especially Traceys tiramisu were especially commended as the most delicious that our guests had ever had. They were friendly and accommodating throughout, efficiently and quietly packing up to the extent nobody noticed. We 💯 recommended EPICatering.

Absolutely brilliant caterers, from the food to the service! Marcus helped with every detail of the day to make sure we were all on the same page, and the wait staff were all very attentive on the day (like making sure canapes were brought outside to myself and my partner during photos so we had a chance to eat). If you're looking for a caterer who will make everything less stressful as well as providing some excellent food, look no further!

Epicatering recently provided the food at our wedding in East Grinstead, and we cannot recommend them highly enough! Marcus, Tracey and the team were brilliant from start to finish - during the initial consultation, Marcus listened to what we wanted but also had lots of ideas and suggestions that helped the day along, and came up with a very reasonable quote for the amount of food we wanted. Our tasting was fantastic - we knew from that point on that we were in safe hands and were looking forward to the wedding food possibly more than any other aspect of the day! Food on the day was delicious, with more canapes than we could eat, very generous portions and an incredible hog roast to finish. The front of house team were great, ensured things ran smoothly, and stayed on an extra hour when timings ran over. Marcus was always on hand to answer any question, however small and ridiculous! He was responsive, courteous and good humoured throughout. If you are considering wedding caterers, go with EpiCatering - you won't regret it!

From the moment we first got in touch about our wedding catering, Marcus, Tracey and the team have been incredibly kind, accommodating, and professional. Wow!!! We would highly recommend EpiCatering. The food was delicious and there was so much of it to go round! We had a selection of canapés to start, followed by BBQ style mains, with a hog roast and cheese board for the evening. The food was incredible and our guests could not be more delighted. The selection of food to chose form was impressive and all dietary requirements were catered for. Even my 2 yr old niece had a bespoke dinner prepared fresh for her due to her allergies. We were fortunate enough to choose EpiCatering as the caterer for our wedding reception and were extremely pleased with the quality of the food and the exemplary service provided. Our guests were all very impressed with both the range of Canapés offered and the main courses on offer. There was a huge selection to choose from and each and every dish was delicious. We really could not find any fault in the food or service. It was everything that we had wished for. The proprietor Marcus and all of the service staff were on time, courteous and professional and went out of their way to accommodate some of our guests that had arrived late. I would have no reservation is recommending EpiCatering for your catering needs.

Incredible service throughout the whole process of organising our wedding, we cannot thank or recommend Marcus and Tracey enough! Almost two weeks later and a guest told me today they are still dreaming about the incredible food on the day, as are we! It was all delicious! I had many changes throughout the year as I organised things I had forgotten about, Marcus and Tracey were always super helpful and full of great advice, even reminding me we'd forgotten about carbs! Marcus and the team were amazing for our wedding and the food could not have been better. We have numerous 'fussy' eaters in our family and even they could not compliment the food highly enough. The quality, presentation and service were first rate. Communication from the moment of booking to right up to the event was exceptional. Marcus was frequently in touch and any changes to orders or invoicing was very clearly detailed. All queries were answered promptly and thoroughly. The wedding breakfast is a large portion of the day and thanks to the team it couldn't of run any smoother. If we ever have another big function to cater we will definitely be using Marcus and the team again. Thank you guys.

EpiCatering were truly epic at our wedding. We banked on them based on Google reviews alone as we didn't get a chance to do a tasting. And their food was incredible I had a bit of everything. A delicious burger, succulent pulled pork and incredible jerk chicken. The team honestly could not of been more helpful they regularly went above and beyond, offering to inform our guests how to get their food, turning up early and setting up, handing out drinks to guests. You get the idea. EpiCatering were awesome at our wedding if you need food at your wedding/event/party I cannot vouch for them enough. Thank you!

What can I say about the food, it was incredible!! It has been mentioned sooo many times to us both and we thoroughly enjoyed all of it! We even got to finish it off yesterday, haha. The mushroom canapés and the lamb were particular highlights for me, my mouth is watering thinking about them! We have already been talking about party round 2 next year 🤣 so will keep you informed! The staff were so lovely too, please pass on our thanks to them also. I am finding it quite sad that we don’t get to spend more time with all of our vendors, we have loved meeting everyone and how great it has all been. It was definitely the best day of my life! I can wholeheartedly recommend Epicatering. We really can’t thank the lovely Marcus, Tracey and their fabulous team enough for all they did to make our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding go so smoothly. From the start, Marcus was quick to reply to emails, helpful and so organised. Tracey is wonderful too - they both seem unflappable. On the day, the delicious, faultless food got excellent feedback from our guests (I don’t know what balsamic pearls are, but I need more of those in my life. And, oh! That trio of puds! All home made - all utterly delicious. We are still going on about all three, but particularly the tarte au citron). One of the things that really shone out was the extraordinary effort made to ensure those with dietary requirements had the same level of excellence as everyone else, so they didn’t feel marked out as different. And last but definitely not least, a huge shout-out to the calm, competent, friendly way Sarah and the whole front of house team kept the day running - it was the whole “swan serenely floating across the water whilst paddling like mad underneath” situation. They were excellent and absolutely lovely. Or to put it another way: Epicatering runs like a well-oiled machine. It meant we were able to completely relax and enjoy the day! Honestly, if you are considering using Epicatering - go for it!

Epicatering catered for our recent wedding for 100 day guests and 150 evening guests. Throughout the whole process we absolutely couldn’t fault them, they have been so accommodating and friendly from start to finish. They really put us at ease and from the initial chat with Marcus we knew that Epicatering was the perfect catering company to help make our wedding day perfect! As well being really lovely people, the food served was absolutely amazing! The portion sizes were generous (which from attending weddings in the past we realise this isn’t always the case!) and all of our guests were happy, full of compliments and with full tummies! I don't know if this review can express enough how wonderful Marcus, Tracey and their team are! We had EpiCatering provide lunch, canapes, evening food and bar staff at our wedding, and every aspect of working with them was a delight. Firstly, the food...wow. Everything was flavoured and cooked to perfection. We went for a Mediterranean style sharing lunch, canapes, and paella for evening food - I want to eat it all over again! The roasted potatoes were quite honestly some of the best I've ever eaten. All of the staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive. I didn't need to worry about anything - things just happened! They ran the bar brilliantly, and had no issue working with the system we used to run a charity bar. We also had some last minute changes/difficulties on the day which were no issue, and Marcus and Tracey just worked around them, which was a great relief. Marcus was also so helpful in the months leading up to the wedding - as it was a DIY venue, there was a lot to think about, and he was great at thinking of things I would have otherwise forgotten about. I was probably a bit of a nightmare (making multiple changes to the day's timeline and hire), but nothing ever felt like it was an issue. I would not hesitate to use EpiCatering again for an event in the future, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer. Marcus and Tracey (EpiCatering) catered our wedding in Nov 2022 and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of food and service that was provided to us and our guests. We've had so many compliments about the food choices on offer during the day from canapés to wedding breakfast mains and dessert and evening food too. They were also able to cater to our various dietary requests (Dairy free, Gluten free, Nut free and Apple free) without any issues whatsoever and were very open to catering food that they didn't have on their website. Their staff were experienced and represented them brilliantly which made our special day that bit more special! If I could give more than 5 stars I would as they completely surpassed our expectations and we would love for them to cater any of our events going forward!

WOW! Where to even start!? If i could give them more stars i would! Marcus was from the first conversation was so pleasant to deal with. He was accommodating to every single request we had- nothing was too much to ask and they provided us with exactly what we wanted for our wedding day. The process was really simple, they were so organised with payments and providing all information. They helped us sort out our catering hire alongside which just made our lives so much easier. Skip forward to the big day and I can't begin to even express how blown away we were. The staff on the day were just amazing and went above and beyond any expectations we had. They were an absolute pleasure to have there and were so friendly, warm, and professional. Myself and our guests really enjoyed getting to know them and having a laugh, and they were so great with dealing with any requests anyone had. The food was out of this world- we have had so many compliments from our guests including the major foodies we were hoping to impress. What can I say about EpiCatering Ltd (Marcus & Lyn and ladies), that will explain how superb they were on our wedding day! From the time they arrived, to packing up, they were thoroughly professional and super organised. There were unique challenges that Marcus and team easily dealt with. The canapes were delightful and very generous sizes. Everyone simply loved them. Likewise, the mains and desserts were outstandingly yummy. There was ample food for people to have big first portions and seconds if they so desired (we chose lamb, chicken and vegetable curry for mains). For desserts we chose honeycomb cheesecake, eton mess and sticky toffee pudding and again everyone was totally satisfied. All types of food kinds and tastes were happily catered for, and nothing was too much trouble. Therefore, I can honestly and highly recommend Marcus, Tracey and their team. They are a credit to themselves and their industry.

We used EpiCatering for our wedding in September and were so happy that we chose them to be part of our day. - Communication: Marcus and EpiCatering were lovely, warm and friendly from the first communication. Before we had even confirmed them as a supplier, Marcus was already giving us hints and tips for keeping costs down and information on what we'd need to have a well run day. He was always quick to reply and happy to have a chat on the phone. - Value for money: There was a big menu to choose from, the food was great quality (the salmon and veggie stuffed mushrooms in particular were AMAZING) and everyone was full and happy. Even my mum finished her plate (and that says a lot!) Cost were per head was very reasonable and Marcus was really great in helping us make adjustments so it fit with our budget. - Service: On the day, the team were great. Helpful, friendly and nothing was a problem - even when we hadn't been very organised, nothing seemed to worry them and everything went well. They did a great job with the tidying throughout the day and running our BYOB bar. We loved having EpiCatering as part of our day and would 100% use them again for other occasions. We had EpiCatering cater for our 150 guests at our marquee wedding in September. I honestly couldn't fault them at all. Everything was perfect!! We went for an amazing selection of canapes to start with which are guests were very impressed with! They were served during our welcome drinks outside. Then we had a choice of Malaysian Chicken Curry, Lamb Tagine or a Vegetarian option for our veggie guests. For pudding we had the trio of desserts and the honeycomb cheesecake was to die for! In the evening epicatering also put on an outstanding hog roast. Everything was efficient and perfectly timed too. Marcus and Tracey were excellent with communication and any questions we had from start to finish were always answered straight away. I would 100% recommend them to anyone organising a wedding or large gathering!

We cannot recommend EpiCatering enough. We have had nothing but compliments on all the food at our wedding. It was beautifully presented, tasted amazing and there was plenty of it! I didn't think I would eat again when the hog roast came out but it was so good I went back for more. All the food was cooked to perfection, which is no small feat when cooking steak and paella for 130 people. Above all else, Marcus and Tracey (and all their staff) are brilliant. We first met Epicatering in either 2018 or 2019 for our wedding in May 2020. The food we tasted was incredible and we couldn’t wait for everyone to try it. Due to the pandemic we had to postpone to the following year and then again finally to have the wedding in July 2022. During this process Marcus was not just understanding but was also so kind and supportive to us, which meant so much. Whenever we had any questions in the lead up he would come back quickly and always put us at ease because they were all over it and are very organised! On the wedding day we had a delay and it meant the food had to be pushed back a bit. When I spoke to the team they again were so understandable but also were so calm and actually reassuring - again as if they were prepared for any eventuality. What could have been a big stress was no issue at all. And I honestly don’t know how they did it because the food was incredible!! Everyone commented on the flavours and the selection, and many said it was the best food they’d ever had at a wedding. If they had a restaurant it would be my favourite and I’ll forever be recommending Epicatering in the hope I get to taste their amazing food again! Well, what can we say! Tracey and Marcus were amazing from start to finish! They helped us plan the food for our wedding day and it was fantastic! The communication was brilliant and they gave us loads of yummy options to choose from. We had one of the hottest days possible, but luckily we had planned to have a bbq style buffet. All of our guests told us how flavourful the food was and how there was a lovely variety of food available, both during the day, and in the evening. They ensured everyone was catered for and personally hunted down anyone with speical dietary requirments to make sure that they were well fed and ready to party!!! We could not recommend them enough!

We had our wedding on the 16th of July 2022 and had Epi Catering booked in from the start. After meeting at the yogurt rooms and trying their food for the first time we just had to have them!! (Their chicken cakes were out of this world!!) Unfortunately, we had to postpone from September to July due to covid and Marcus contacted us and revised everything to suit. He helped contact the hire company for our chairs and tablecloths and was on call whenever we needed him. Since the wedding every time we see one of our guests, they are always commenting on the amazing food we had and my husband and I can second that!! It was DIVINE!! I cannot even describe in writing how amazing it was. We had canapés, a BBQ with burgers, jerk chicken and steak with a hog roast in the evening. It was just incredible. Simply outstanding! Marcus and his team catered our wedding at The Milwards Estate and were absolutely incredible. My wife and I live abroad so had to do all our communication remotely and over zoom, and Marcus was always only too happy to jump on a call and always replied quickly to our emails. He was full of great ideas and tips, and always willing to incorporate our ideas or requests. EpiCatering provided us with delicious canapes, main meal, trio of desserts and evening food. On the day, the food was perfect and we got SO many wonderful comments and compliments from our guests. My wife practically licked her plate clean! We’re still marveling at just how wonderful everything was, from how good everything looked and tasted, the friendly and professional servers, and of course the high level of attention that Marcus and the team put into every plate and tray. Marcus was extremely attentive and accommodating to our needs and made sure we were always kept up to date throughout the whole experience. It was a long road which Marcus will know as we had to postpone our wedding once due to the pandemic. But he was very supportive throughout and made sure he was able to assist on our new wedding date. The comments we got from our guests about the food were extremely positive. Everyone loved it! Those sausages were incredible! You can see that Epi know there stuff from their menu choices of ingredients and presentation, to their quotation and communication skills. Nothing was too much for Marcus and Tracey and we are so pleased that they were a part of our special day. I cannot thank EpiCatering enough for the delicious food they provided for our wedding. From start to finish they were organised, calm, wonderfully helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. The canapés they provided were described by several guests as 'the best canapés they had ever tasted'. They were so beautifully presented, and served by staff who were incredibly kind and non-invasive. The 3 course meal was absolutely delicious too. Food was plentiful and presented with care. Everything was organised so well and waiting staff made sure everyone was happy. The honeycomb cheesecake was a huge hit! The evening hog roast was just as impressive. Just like to pass on my huge thanks to Marcus and Tracey for their fantastic food and service provided last weekend at our private party for 29 people including 7 children of various ages. Everybody at the party couldn’t fault the freshly cooked superb selection of food. The tastes and quality were amazing and were loved by everybody including the children. It was a long day for Marcus and Tracey but through out the day they remained professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to anybody

When we booked Marcus and his team back in lockdown we were concerned as many companies went bust & people lost their money. But from the moment I called Marcus I felt at ease & reassured he wouldn't let us down. Marcus was amazing at keeping in contact via email and even met us at the venue so we could meet in person. He made a beautiful wedding breakfast that had everything our daughter and son inlaw wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day we arrived to waiting staff with drinks. Our food was served to us all on a warm plate. The food was full of flavour and perfectly cooked. We had plenty of guests commenting on how good the food was, which helped make the day special. The chicken was tender & the potatoes crunchy but fluffy inside. We had a trio of puddings which were light & mouthwatering. I would highly recommend EpiCatering to family and friends as they went above & beyond. X

Quite simply...perfect, from the first phone call to the final dessert. Starting with the food, Marcus and his team made us an amazing range of canapés, taking care to accommodate all our guests dietary restrictions and allergies. The same was true for the main courses, which were prepped and cooked fresh right there and then in front of our guests eyes. Plenty to go around with many even having seconds. The desserts were outstanding and again so fresh. While the food itself easily deserves 5 stars, it is Marcus and his team that elevate this company well beyond just providing great food. Every email, message and phone call was returned quickly, more often or not the very same day. Offering his years of advice he was able to help us create the day we wanted. When we were forced to postpone due to the pandemic they were there for us every step of the way and when our day finally came they delivered everything they had promised and more. I can not recommend EpiCatering enough, they really are Epic at catering.

Wonderful wedding food, would highly recommend! My husband and I got married at Milwards Estate in August 2021 and EpiCatering were recommended to us, as the best local caterer for BBQ food. We were totally blown away by Marcus and Tracey's food and brilliant service. We took our families to a food tasting before the wedding day and we were welcomed with open arms and the best BBQ food we've tasted! On the wedding day, EpiCatering were brilliant - organised, relaxed and even joined in with singing 'sweet caroline' as part of the groom's speech. I am a Coeliac and we had a few different dietary requirements and everyone was catered for brilliantly. We had rustic breads and dips to start, followed by BBQ platters on sharing boards, with roast potatoes and salads. Marcus and the team did an absolutely amazing job on the food for our wedding - we would wholeheartedly recommend them! We opted for the lamb, and a hog-roast in the evening which were delicious and got high praises from some of our family members who are chefs themselves.The food ended up being a real highlight of the whole day! It was also very reasonably priced, meaning we could invite lots of friends along which meant a lot to us. The team are lovely to work with and really relaxed, efficient and kind; they took care of everything perfectly on the day.

Marcus and his wife have been a dream to work with from beginning to end. From speedy replies, to all of my ever changing requests, Marcus have been nothing short of amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and he is so knowledgable in the not only the catering world but events as a whole. Not only do they do food but everything else that goes with it - cutlery, plates, glasses, waiting staff, bar staff etc. They are the whole package. Most importantly, Marcus has been incredibly accommodating with us having to change our wedding dates due to Covid-19 and has been a pleasure to work with. I just want to say the biggest thank you to you and Tracey for our wedding food. It was absolutely perfect! I approached Marcus well over a year ago, feeling anxious about having a completely outdoors wedding and having no idea how to pull it off. Marcus immediately put me at ease and made me feel like anything was possible, and nothing would be too much trouble. He came to see me and my partner at home, he met my Dad and listened to all of our ideas. Marcus seemed to instantly understand us as a family and came up with a menu that suited us perfectly. There were a lot of struggles for us in the year that came next, I lost my Dad and Covid-19 hit! Marcus was in touch regularly, reassuring us that when our day would arrive, he would be there. Planning a Covid-19 wedding was not easy, but Marcus made it easier. He went through the uncertainly with us, he moved things up, down round and back again without any hint of frustration. He watched and waited with us whilst government guidelines changed and each time they did, for better or for worse, he was in touch and helping us to work it out. The best message was the one where he expressed his excitement that wedding receptions for up to 30 guests were allowed 7 days before our date! When our day finally arrived Marcus and his wife Tracey were absolutely flawless and their food was incredible. Our guests could not stop talking about how good it looked and tasted AND how unique the menu was. It was meal made for us, the perfect fit. Marcus went above and beyond, even going out to get the exact ingredients for a cocktail that I made for my dad for our welcome drinks. He followed my own unique recipe to get it just right, and it was wonderful. My husband and I are so grateful and overjoyed with everything they have done to make our wedding as special and as perfect as it was. And I'm sure our guests will be talking about the food for years to come. Thank you both so much.

Marcus and EpiCatering are absolutely spectacular! From the first email on he was super quick to respond and incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to speak with me at length after the initial email and answered all my questions. Not only did he make suggestions for the meal according to our theme but he helped get the extra equipment needed (like cutlery, dishes, tables etc) and he even helped us plan the bar and how much we needed as we planned on purchasing the bar items ourselves. When the location fell through (as they were supposed to supply the bartender) Marcus quickly filled the spot by taking care of bar staff for us as well. People commented on the bartenders skill and on how hard he was working. But that's not all! Marcus went above and beyond when taking our food allergies, as well as several of the guests, into consideration when he created an entirely gluten, soy, and peanut free menu for us! We were absolutely blown away by how accommodating he was. Every single guest at our wedding commented on how fabulous the food was. Every single guest. (And let me tell you, there were many who were not used to eating gluten free.) We also had Marcus do our 'wedding cake' which was cheesecake (gluten free!). It was OUTSTANDING! Many of our guests have requested the recipe and there was one person who told me she hated desserts in general but that this was her new favorite and even asked for seconds! I can't recommend Marcus and his staff enough. They were friendly, skilled, very polite and the servers even came up to congratulate me and give me a hug before they left for the evening. If you're looking for a caterer with excellent food, elegant presentation, and phenomenal communication skills this is the caterer for you!

Arrived for an intro meeting & some food tasting.......WOW I have never tasted or experienced hospitality like I did in their company before. I revisited with my now wife & she was equally blown away. Epi-catering took control/organised literally everything. The kindness, hospitality, standard of food, prep, presentation was literally faultless. Saturday night's food and service was amazing. Thank you and Tracey so so much. Everyone loved the meal and so many of them commented on the wonderful meat. The two of you are so professional and yet so approachable and accommodating. Once you arrived it was as though a huge weight had been lifted! Sarah and Sandra were just wonderful and of my goodness they never stopped working‎. Having them there made such a difference and enabled me to concentrate on mixing with our guests. They are outstanding, it felt as if they were part of the family in way. I can not praise them or thank them enough for everything they did. Love the photos of the hog - they will go in the 18th album! We were eating some of the left overs for supper tonight, Felicia - who had TWO helpings last night (unheard of) specifically requested hog for supper and again had two helpings, she just loved it all. My wife and I used Marcus and his amazing team for our wedding last week. I had been searching everywhere for a good hog roast company that did the full package; Epicatering were exactly what we were looking for! The food was incredible and so many or our guests came up to us and were literally speechless when trying to talk about how delicious it was. His crackling was the biggest hit of the night! The canapés were beautifully presented and Marcus even asked us what our wedding colours were so he could match those colours with the decoration of the canapés. I should obviously add that the canapés were also delicious: presentation and taste! Epicatering also showed up on time and were incredibly professional from the moment they arrived. Their staff were elegantly dressed in all black and were always nearby whenever a guest had a need. Our guests were so amazed at how professional and helpful they were! They cut our cake, served drinks all night, walked around with the canapés and much more, all for a really good price. They also left the place how they found it, cleaning up after themselves and asking us if they could do anything else before they head off. Kind and helpful from start to finish. The thing that we found most stressful whilst wedding planning was trying to contact our vendors. Marcus is such an amazing communicator! He always answered his phone and if he didn’t then he would call back immediately. Emails were responded to very quickly and he kept a constant up-to-date sheet that highlighted all of what was discussed in phone calls. This was so helpful for us because Marcus did all the organising for us! It was such an honour working with Epicatering and I really could not recommend them more. So many other hot roasts I looked at had decent food, but none had the presentation we were looking for; Marcus has better food, better presentation and is so professional. The communication was excellent, the tasting session fantastic and on the actual day they were utter professsionals despite the pouring rain. The food was just incredible, grazing platters first and then the BBQ of burgers and salmon and chicken, with cous cous, vegetables and jackets. We did not have one complaint and only a bucketful of praise from our guests. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for catering for any event. Very impressed.

I worked with Marcus and his team to provide catering for our LOVEFEST festival in August. Marcus was so easy to work with, offering great suggestions and ideas and to create a superb selection of food. They provided an amazing Buffet for our guests with delicious Vegetarian and Vegan options and delicious Paella options for the evening food. They then came back the next day to provide us all with a much-needed breakfast. Living in Holland it was so great to work with someone I knew from the start I could trust with everything. Guests loved the food and the service was exceptional. Would certainly use again.

Marcus and Tracey provided all of the catering and drinks service at our DIY wedding at the end of July 2018. They were fantastic and we are still receiving compliments from guests on the quality of the food now; in fact, we haven’t received even the slightest criticism about any of the food, with some guests being professional chefs themselves! We had approximately 100 day guests and another 40 evening guests, with Marcus and Tracey serving a range of canapés (gingered chicken cakes are our top recommendation) before they provided a wedding BBQ, serving each table with a platter of jerk chicken, salmon fillets, finely sliced strip sirloin and stuffed mushrooms, alongside new potatoes, ratatouille and mixed greens. It was all amazing. They then cut and distributed our massive cake and prepared meat and seafood paella as evening food. This being the first time we had ever organised a large DIY party (let alone a wedding!), it was reassuring that Marcus and Tracey knew exactly what they were doing from the first moment we met them, and they helped advise and arrange suppliers for all of the boring bits that you forget about, such as tables, chairs, table clothes, glasses, etc. and helped us with the timings. They also hired waiting staff to help serve and clear tables and drinks throughout the day and provide a cash bar in the evening, with a good range of drinks at fair prices – another thing a lot of guests have mentioned. Throughout planning our wedding, Marcus was always available on the end of the phone or an email if we needed any points clarifying or sought any logistical advice. If either of us were to get married again, we would look no further than hiring Epicatering to provide all of the food. However, we have absolutely no intention of getting married again, so instead I will just recommend them to anyone looking for quality food and service from a hard working husband and wife team who really are committed to providing the best quality tasty food in large numbers (and big portions – no one went hungry!) A few friends have already asked for their contact details in case of future parties, and to try and get some of the recipe details. We certainly can’t wait for the next Epicatering event we attend. Thank you Marcus, Tracey and all of your staff for helping us put on a great show for all of our friends and family – they loved it, and the quality of your food helped make our special day even more memorable.

The sirloin was cooked to perfection and so many vegetarians went out of their way to tell me how good their risotto was. The desserts were to die for and the evening paella went down a storm! Definitely a speciality! Marcus was mega helpful and exceptionally responsive to all communications – instilled total confidence right from the outset. And all at such short notice when our original catering company went bankrupt five weeks ago. I consider it a small miracle we found you when we were in such dire straits and wish you continued success with your fantastic business.

From the first contact with Marcus nothing was too much trouble and he really did cater for our every need (cooking some plain chicken for my mum who is a bit fussy) Marcus & Tracey also supplied 2 waiting staff who were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they looked after me and my guests making the evening go so smoothly. I had the BBQ menu, the food was freshly made and cooked to perfection. So many of my guests have contacted me this morning to say how great the food and service was. From the moment I spoke to Marcus on the phone I knew he was fantastic. We had support throughout the entire preparation of our wedding - nothing was too much trouble: we wanted to try a selection of the foods for our wedding so Marcus and Tracey made the trip to our venue especially so we could try some; I had no idea about crockery or glass etc.. so Marcus sorted it all and we got given great advice about how much alcohol to buy. The food was exceptional - much better than any wedding I have ever been. We had so many comments about how fantastic it was. We also had a brunch the next day which was just as amazing. I couldn't recommend Marcus and Tracey enough; they are both fantastic from start to finish.

Not sure how I could possibly write enough praise in this review for Marcus and Tracey! They absolutely made our wedding day. We had such a lovely time right from the beginning when we went over to Marcus and Tracey’s for a tasting session, we were sold instantly! Such a lovely couple and such magnificent cooking skills!!! They were both such a help through the last few weeks of panic leading up to the wedding, they both went above and beyond what was expected, helping us source bits and pieces and bringing a lot of stuff with them which wasn’t on the original spec, which massively took the pressure off mum and I, which I will be eternally grateful for. The food was spectacular, I have never been at a wedding where so many people are talking about the food non stop, everyone thought it was just incredible, especially the Paella, such rave reviews on the Paella! And the ginger chicken bites and hog roast, they went down a storm!! I am actually sad its over – I want to do it all again, and eat it all again!! Trying to think up an excuse for a party so that I can have Marcus and Tracey back for more!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything!!

Absolutely wonderful. EpiCatering catered our wedding in June and they were marvellous- extremely efficient and quick to respond. We had a marvellous tasting session ahead of the day and on the wedding all of the guests commented on how good the food was. Everyone was raving about the beef, some even saying it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. Excellent value and lovely people. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Marcus and his team provided us with a sublime service, both before and during my daughter’s wedding this weekend. Marcus is always courteous and does his utmost to provide for the wishes of the clients, which is something we found difficult to achieve from all the other caterers we approached. The majority of caterers have their own agenda. Marcus not only provided everything we asked to a superior degree he also did so in temperatures of 90 degrees plus in our garden! Many of our 110 guests have asked for details of his website which speaks volumes. From my first enquiry to the clearing of the site after the event, superior service, kindness, understanding and food that makes my mouth water just thinking about it. EpiCatering provided the catering for our wedding in May 2017 and provided a brilliant service. So many of the guests complimented the food and, thanks to Marcus, Tracey and the team, the whole day ran very smoothly. I'm really glad both we managed to grab a few canapés ourselves before we were whisked of for photos, they (and the paella and hog roast) were all fantastic!

Incredible!!!! Above and beyond what a caterer should do! My husband and I took a very laid back approach to the organization of the wedding and were incredibly lucky that Marcus took it upon himself to organize most of the companies we needed for the day! He was more of a wedding planner than a caterer! We paid said companies through Marcus and he made a pack of all our invoices which he updated regularly. We were incredibly impressed and gratified before we even tasted the food but were blown away when we tasted it on the day. We chose to have nibbles followed by a hog roast (with plates of crackling served before) and 2 huge pans of Paella, seafood and vegetarian. All of this was delicious, miles above your normal wedding menu. We then had cheese plates later on which were also delicious. I could not rate this business any higher. I can honestly say lots of people were blown away by the food. You guys smashed it. Love that the sirloin was medium and you managed to keep the salmon moist in a massive paella pan. You had quite a few chefs eating and they all loved it! We've passed your details onto quite a few people and Mycenae House have added you to the suggested caterers. Thanks so much again. The amount of food cooked definitely helped people to stay a bit sober!

Marcus and his team deserve all the stars in the world! We hired them for our wedding in September, and I honestly don't think I could have done it without them. From the very first call I made, I found Marcus exceptionally reassuring and helpful. I've never experienced someone so willing to go the extra mile. In the run up to the wedding we were going through a rather difficult time, and about a month before the big day, I rang Marcus in a total stress (sorry Marcus!). From there he pretty much became our unofficial wedding planner (again sorry Marcus!). He went totally out of his way to help, hiring in all the wait staff, and even contracting in our outside rentals. He was always on the other end of the phone helping me out, and I really can't thank him enough. Thanks to him, and his exceptionally professional team, our wedding BBQ went off without a hitch. The food was delicious, people have not stopped raving about the burgers and jerk chicken! The wait staff, were exceptionally attentive and really made me feel everything was under control. Overall, if you want someone who is going to go out of their way to make your event the best it can be, someone who really cares, and delivers yummy food to boot, Marcus and his team are the ones for you! Would recommend until I was blue in the face. Thank you Marcus for everything you did, we are so enormously grateful.

We used Marcus to do the catering for our wedding. I would recommend to anyone organising a wedding that the first person you book for any part of it is Marcus. He went above and beyond in helping with the organising and flow of the day. Nothing was a problem to him and he listened to what we wanted and made it all work. And also the food was really really GREAT! One of my daughters said she wanted Marcus to cook for us everyday after the wedding because he's "properly professional" and I couldn't agree more.

Couldn't recommend epic catering enough. They catered for 80 guests, cooked for 180 in the evening, and came back and did breakfast the next day. He was very clear with all the communication beforehand and really listened to what I wanted. He anticipated areas where extra help might be needed. He directed our own waitering staff and in addition to cooking a really delicious meal for 120 guests, he also chilled our wine and took away dirty dishes.. The hog roast was tender and delicious , the crackling crispy, and all accompanying sides were freshly cooked in paella pans so that the guests could see the preparation. We had a garden party for nearly 100 people and Marcus and Tracey handled it brilliantly. The food was fabulous (the salmon and prawn teriyaki kebabs were exceptional) and the service was very friendly and extremely professional. They looked after our guests incredibly well and dealt with all our last-minute requests with ease. We had many compliments from our guests regarding EpiCatering. At the booking stage, Marcus is friendly, polite, communicative, professional, punctual, accommodating and clearly dedicated. We have been fortunate enough to have EpiCatering cater our last four annual events and all have been a huge success. No request has proven too great and no detail too small for Marcus, who is always happy to accommodate our needs. With diversity in their menu and reasonable prices we are always happy to welcome them back. At the events Marcus, Tracey and their team are always polite, presentable and helpful to our guests. The diverse and regularly changing menu makes a nice change from the usual buffet type corporate affair, which our guests have always remarked upon and enjoyed. Their portions are generous, the food excellent, flavourful and authentic. I would wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend EpiCatering (and can't wait til our next event!).

What a fantastic Service - August 30th with 80+ Guests: Marcus you surpassed yourself; once again a superb evening it was magnificent, the staff were incredible; nothing was too much trouble - it was a seamless production. There was laughter and happiness throughout the evening and on top of all that the food was incredible. If there were any hiccoughs, I didn't and don't know about them and I have received nothing but praise and positivity from all who attended. We shall most definitely be meeting again!!
