Lucy and Cameron's Wedding
The lovely Lucy and Cameron tied the knot on Saturday 6th July 2024 with the wedding ceremony taking place at Hellingly Church.
After the ceremony, the guests headed to The Cartlodge at Horam Manor Farm for the wedding reception, it was our first time catering at this fabulous venue.
The wedding guests were treated to a plated two course menu:
Roasted Corn-Fed Chicken Supreme
Roast potatoes with rosemary and garlic, bundles of asparagus, carrots and green beans, sage and onion stuffing, Yorkshire puddings and proper gravy
Mille-Feuille of Roasted Vegetables
Chargrilled aubergines, courgettes, roasted sweet peppers and vine ripened tomatoes layered with mozzarella and fresh basil, served with warm pesto vinaigrette
Dessert Course Trio:
Triple Chocolate Brownies
Brandy Snap Baskets with Vanilla Ice Cream
Honeycomb Cheesecake
